Casa Araucaria is a large, high-end house in a 90,000 m2 private complex with a lake and beach coast, overlooking hills and immersed in nature. Our guests enjoy great privacy (there are 7 cabins throughout the property), while staying in a comfortable fully equipped house, with a beautiful view. We have staff on the premises, attentive to any of our guests' needs. Includes linen and daily housekeeping. The space Casa Auracaria is part of the Villa Labrador Bariloche complex. Designed for large families, groups of friends, or business trips. Recently Opened (November 2022) We have direct and simple access, without stairs to the beautiful beaches of Lake Moreno, San Carlos de Bariloche. The maximum capacity is 15 adults and 1 or 2 children on a sofa bed in common areas. Circuito Chico begins just 10 minutes away, where there are attractions such as Cerro Campanario with its chairlift to go up to the confectionery, Colonia Suiza, viewpoints, beaches and Puerto Pañuelo from where boats leave for excursions. 20 minutes away is the famous Cerro Catedral, which is the most developed ski resort in Latin America and is open most of the year. We are just 40 minutes away from San Carlos de Bariloche International Airport (BRC) Our location within Bariloche is excellent as it is central, close to the city's major attractions, and on the lake. --Casa ARAUCARIA-- Villa Labrador Bariloche is a private 9-hectare property where our guests enjoy a lot of tranquility surrounded by nature while staying in our exclusive units. Casa Araucaria is the most exclusive and largest unit: 6 comfortable rooms: - 1 master double suite, en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi - 2 bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom each. - 1 room with five bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. - 2 rooms with two single beds that can be joined together. There is a full bathroom between these two rooms. 7 bathrooms: -6 full bathrooms. 4 inside the bedrooms, one outside the bedrooms, and a large double bathroom in the quincho. -1 toilet in the kitchen area. Playroom with beautiful views of the lake and hills: - Foosball - Pool table - A ping pong table - Bar Quincho: - Large interior glazed gazebo with lake and hill views, large grill, pizza oven, table and chairs for all guests, and a bar overlooking the lake. Viewpoint deck: From the inner gazebo, you can access a wooden deck with beautiful views of the lake and hills Kitchen and dining room: Industrial kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, full set of dishes and central island. Living room: - Main living room with an exagonal wood-burning fireplace, armchairs, and a 65" Smart TV - Second living room with a lake view, also with armchairs. Parking : - Exclusive outdoor area for Araucaria guests, with capacity for 8 vehicles. Guest access While the property is surrounded by pure nature (Lake, Cerro, Forests), we are in a privileged location, only 20 minutes from Cerro Catedral, 20 minutes from Civic Center and 10 minutes from Circuit Boy. From our property you can access Lake Moreno beach directly, with no streets in between.
