We provide you with fully independent, equipped and furnished accommodation of 52 m2, located on the ground floor, and adjoining our house. With the calm and charm of the countryside, just 25 minutes from Annecy and 45 minutes from Aix les Bains, it will allow you to explore the many tourist hotspots in the region (Lake Annecy, Semnoz, Lac du Bourget , banks of the Rhône...) The space The accommodation has an entrance completely independent from the rest of the house and consists of: - 1 large living room with fitted kitchen, convertible sofa (sleeps 2), table with 4 chairs, TV - 1 single-storey terrace not overlooked overlooking the garden - 1 bedroom of 10 m2 with 140x200 cm bed - 1 shower room with washing machine - 1 separate toilet - 1 hallway with large cupboards - 2 private outdoor parking lots adjoining the accommodation Equipped with Wifi and heated floor. Bed linen and bath towel provided. Baby equipment available on request: travel cot with real mattress. Outdoor games available on request (pétanque, molkky), and pétanque court at your disposal right in front of the terrace. Other things to note We do not apply cleaning fees but ask that the accommodation be returned as clean as on arrival (materials and cleaning products available in the accommodation).
