The space The studio is 20m2, equipped with a minibar, microwave, induction cooktop for practical and quick meals, and basic kitchen items. It has large windows with excellent natural lighting, air conditioning and a hot water boiler shower for delicious baths on cold days. Bed and bath linens included. Perfect for couples or business trips. Because it is a small space, we cannot accommodate more than two people. We also do not provide extra beds. Voltage 110. We do not have 220v outlets. Guest access The digital lock code will be provided on the day of your arrival along with instructions on how to access the building. For security reasons and condominium requirements, at the time of booking confirmation, you will be asked to send the document with a photo of the guests to release access to the building and expedite check-in. This photo ID must be sent before the arrival date. Access for check-in and check-out must be through the garage, which has a service entrance. The building has a garage, but we do not provide or rent parking spaces. ⚠️The building's service entrance is only open until 8 p.m. After this time, you must inform us when you are arriving so that we can send someone to receive you. Other things to note ️ Our check-in time is from 2pm until 10pm, and check out until 11am. It operates 24hs and has covered vacancies. On the street only rotating spaces (Estar). 🐶 The home is small and for the best comfort of guests, we only accept a small or medium-sized pet, up to 15kg. It is necessary to indicate that you have a pet in the reservation. If the pet's stay is verified without the signage at the time of booking, a fine of R$60.00 will be charged. 🏡 We only accept short stays of up to 15 days. ⚠️ To ensure the quality and comfort of all our guests, we ask that you take good care of the items provided during your stay.
