MA21 - Community terrace apartment in Sants

Apartment located in a quiet street 20 minutes walk from Camp Nou. A 5 minutes away is one of the longest shopping streets in Europe, Carrer de Sants, with more than 4km of stores, restaurants and entertainment. This street is pedestrian during the weekend. At 5 minutes from the apartment you will find the Sants Station, and you will reach the city center in 15 minutes. BUILDING WITHOUT ELEVATOR. The space Apartment of 55m2, renovated and composed of one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and air conditioning located in the living room. The building has a nice and nice solarium located on the roof. Access is only for residents of the building and is open from 10 am to 10 pm. There you can rest, relax with the sunset and use the DRYER (free of charge). OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT THERE ARE PLANTS AND A LOT OF VEGETATION, SO IF YOU LEAVE FOOD LEFTOVERS IT IS POSSIBLE TO ATTRACT ANTS AND/OR SMALL INSECTS. Guest access You can use the whole apartment. The apartment has a crib and high chair available on request (not guaranteed) and at no extra cost. We offer a courtesy kit containing 1 bar of soap, and 1 shampoo and 1 gel of 20 ml each. We leave 2-3 rolls of toilet paper in each sink, towels (one large and one small) for each guest, sheets, and basic kitchen utensils. We do NOT provide salt, sugar, oil, etc. If you need anything during your stay (more towels, extra fans, blankets, etc) do not hesitate to contact us. Other things to note STAY: - Minimum 2 nights HOURS - Check in from 15:00h with electronic key (auto check in). Ask for availability if you need to enter earlier. - Check out before 11:00h. CHECK IN ONLINE: The laws of Barcelona oblige us to fill in a guest registration form with your details as well as the payment of the tourist tax*. We will send you all the information via Airbnb chat. EXTRA CHARGES NOT INCLUDED *Tourist tax: 10,45€ x night x adult (applicable to guests over 16 years old and during the first 7 nights). Tourist tax payment: ONLINE before arrival with MasterCard, Visa or Amex. Payment is made at the last step of the online check in. HOUSE RULES. In case of non-compliance with the rules the EXPULSION from the apartment is IMMEDIATE + FINE up to 300€. *No noise after 22:00h. *No unauthorized parties / drinking in the apartment. *No bachelor parties *No groups of young people *No animals / pets allowed *No smoking inside the apartment *Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment *On the day of check out take out the garbage, kitchen and dishes washed. *It is forbidden to bring people who are not registered in the reservation of the apartment. OTHER ASPECTS: The apartment is equipped with an 80-liter water heater, which is sufficient for normal use. In the case of prolonged use, the system automatically recharges, and hot water becomes available again in approximately 30 minutes.
