Beach House - Aracruz (Blue Sea)

Relax with the whole family in this quiet, comfortable, safe and well-located accommodation! Located in the upper part of Mar Azul, 500 meters from the beach. Paradise for those who want to enjoy the beach with friends/family in peace. The house is located near Jurong (10 min) and Suzano (15 min). And 30 min from Aracruz High season: At least 3 nights *Photos are for illustrative purposes only* - We do not provide beach items, beach umbrella and chairs -We don't provide bed linens or towels. The space One bedroom on the lower floor/ three bedrooms on the upper floor. It accommodates a maximum of 12 people in beds and single mattresses. There are 4 double beds Outdoor area with barbecue area, garage for 4 cars. Note: We do not provide bedding or bath/face towels We do not provide beach chairs or beach umbrellas Guest access The only room to which the guest will not have access is a pantry that will be closed with the owner's personal belongings. Other things to note - The upper part of the house is accessed via stairs. - At the top of the house there are 3 bedrooms, but one of the bedrooms is open (no privacy) and 01 bathroom and 01 balcony. - Garbage should be removed and placed in the trash can outside the house. - Animal droppings should be removed daily and stored in the trash
