House facing the sea, on the sand at Lázaro beach. The house is located in a condominium with 24-hour security. It is on the right side of Lázaro beach, closer to Domingas Dias beach. Supermarket and Pharmacy are 4 min by car or 15 min on foot. The house is composed of two parts. The main part has 2 bedrooms + 1 suite (all 3 with air-conditioning) and the second part is a small house with 1 bedroom (without air-conditioning) and laundry. The space To ensure more comfort for guests, all beds are Queen or single King, longer (about 2 meters) and with orthopedic mattresses. Please bring your bed linen, bath towels and toiletries as they will not be available. NEW 02/2025: The 3 bedrooms in the house have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan! The 1 bedroom in the small house has a ceiling fan, without air-conditioning. The house is composed of two parts. Main part: - Living room + dining room (incl. Fireplace and 43" 4K UHD LED Smart TV) - small but well-equipped kitchen with an ocean view - 1 bathroom - 1 bedroom with 1 Queen + 1 bunk bed - 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed + 1 king single - 1 suite with two king beds together and a private bathroom Edicule: - 1 toilet + washing machine - 1 cold shower - 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (ceiling fan) - tank The front yard is spacious with a breathtaking view and a wonderful breeze. The back garden is great for colder days, with an outdoor fireplace. Perfect for enjoying a starry sky in the warmth of the fireplace. Guest access Make yourself at home, the whole house is at your disposal. We have no problem with visitors, but the maximum number (guests + visitors) is 11 people. :) Other things to note The house is a single-story building with only one step to enter the house. Perfect for children and the elderly. We offer a raised toilet seat (very good for the elderly). If you are interested, please let us know at least 1 week in advance and we will install it. The contracted Wi-Fi is 300MB fiber. The actual speed may fluctuate. Remember to turn on both valves when using the hallway shower, so it generates enough pressure to turn everything on at the same time if necessary. :) The bedroom windows are very sturdy/heavy, and you have to have the strength to open/close them. If you need someone to help with cleaning or cooking during your stay, please let us know and we will provide a contact, subject to availability. We have a beach kit with chairs, sun umbrellas and coolers. They are in the little room of the edicule, feel free to use them. :) Because it is a condominium, we ask for the names and license plate of the vehicles shortly before the stay to be cleared at the entrance. Ubatuba collects a daily environmental preservation fee (TPA). The license plates of the cars are read at the entrance to Ubatuba and at the exit. Payment is automatic with vehicle tags or after departure through the ECO Ubatuba website. PETS We accept pets, on the condition that guests bring their own beds and feeders. Keep in mind that pets are prohibited by law on the beaches of Ubatuba and must be kept on a leash on the streets of the condominium. The garden facing the sea has a low fence with holes where the pet can escape. The back garden wall is high, but contains 10cmx10cm holes and a 10cm long gap under the side gate.
