CABIN WITHOUT HASSLE! Access to the property is by asphalt, without a dirt road, without potholes. Relax in this unique and peaceful place with spectacular views, comfort and privacy and live an unforgettable experience close to nature in Vale das Videiras and have the convenience of having one of the best restaurants in the region, Estancia Eden, in the same complex. Note: We have a helicopter landing area. The space The access to the property is by asphalt, NO PERRENGUE! We are located 5 km from the center of Vale das Videiras, towards Paty do Alféres. The road is paved all the way to our property (BR RJ-117). The access to the cabin is also paved. The cabin has a bedroom and kitchen integrated in a 45 sq. meter space. King size bed, sofa bed, fireplace, Wi-Fi, 42-inch smart TV, hot and cold split air conditioning, duvet and 2 pillows per person. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric oven with air fryer, 2-burner electric cooktop, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as pots, frying pan, glasses, cups, cutlery, bowls, plates and utensils (grater, peeler, can opener, sieve, corkscrew, cutting board) We also provide: coffee powder, sugar and salt. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower, gas heating, thermal towel rail, hairdryer, bathrobes and towels, and a Blindex door that gives access to the outside, where the wood-fired hot tub is located. Other cabin items: Assorted books and iron. The outdoor area has a deck, benches, table, hammock, fire pit, charcoal barbecue and wood-fired hot tub that comfortably fits two people (1.60m in diameter) and a spectacular view. The water of the ofurô is changed and the tub sanitized for each new guest. We lit the hot tub. Request lighting between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The cabin has private parking. The daily rate does not include breakfast and other meals. Please do not use the bath towels outside the cabin (grass, benches, floor) and DO NOT THROW THE TOWELS ON THE FLOOR! We do not accept pets. No smoking is allowed inside the hut. It is FORBIDDEN to set off fireworks and rockets. We value the cleanliness and conservation of the place, in addition to the conscious consumption of water, firewood and energy. Do not request the hot tub to be turned on if you are not going to use it. The daily rate is to accommodate 2 guests, if there is a third person, an additional amount of 250 reais per day will be charged. There is no sign of mobile operators in the region, only wi-fi. We take no responsibility for lack of light in the region. WE DON'T HAVE A GENERATOR. In case of a power outage, we have an “emergency kit” in the cabin, with a battery and inverter to connect to the internet.
