The space Welcome to our home! We are a family of 3 children and we are going to spend a season away from home, so we chose to rent it out on AirBnb during this period! We are looking for guests who will take care of our things with care and affection, after all, it is our home! Come on, you'll be staying in a loft with one of the most beautiful views in Ubatuba! The house is fully equipped with everything you need for your trip! The main items are described in the ad! It is important to know that the bath/shower area is glass! From the living room it is not possible to see the shower enclosure, but it is visible from the other rooms of the house. We have a hot shower and a cold shower. The bathroom/toilet area (which are 2) is closed! The loft has a modern decor, is 100% renovated with super modern furniture. It is divided between a living room, an integrated kitchen with a dining table and a living room, a sleeping area, a bathing area, bathrooms and a closet. You can see the sea from all rooms except the bathrooms and closet. You are about to stay in a super cozy and pleasant environment! Notes: You need to use some flights of stairs to access the apartment. There are no curtains on the windows!! Pool maintenance day is every Wednesday (something unforeseen may happen and it may be closed for more days) On holidays, weekends and during the season, due to the proximity of the condominium to nightclubs (180 Degrees and Café de La Music), there is potential noise on event days. Other things to note We accept small pets. Full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses available. We provide salt, black pepper, and sugar. We do not provide blankets. Remove all trash from the house before check-out and deposit it in the places indicated in the condominium. When leaving the apartment, turn off the air conditioning.
