Guests have use of the shared kitchen, dining room, living room, a shared bathroom upstairs and another shared full bath with tub/shower off of the dining room. There is also a back patio, front porch, and yard. Built in 1852, this beautiful home has unique features, has been updated with modern conveniences, and is perfect for large groups, weekend getaway, and/or the business traveler. Situated between Rochester and the Finger Lakes, you'll have easy access to many attractions, colleges, businesses and day trip destinations. Guest access There is a small parking area off the driveway for guests. There is a shared entry door with digital pad for entry. Each room has a digital lock as well. Guests are welcome to use the porch, patio & yard near the Farmhouse with gardens. A car, Uber, or taxi will be required to get around, as no stores or destinations are within walking distance. During your stay We can be available as needed, but we give you space unless you reach out to us. We may check in with you around your arrival time just to see if you need anything.
