Also, open-plan living room & kitchen that opens onto a large terrace and a private bathroom. Guest access The green bedroom, private bathroom with bath, and a shared kitchen, living room, terrace, front garden. During your stay I personally won't be at the property but my friend who is a lovely Irish 33 year old lives at the property and will be there as your host in separate quarters. He is available when needed. There is also a small dog walking about. Must be comfortable with dogs. Other things to note Must be comfortable with a small dog walking around who may park a little. Strictly no parties. No pets.
