Room at our home in the San Fernando Valley conveniently located close to the I-5, I-118, 405, and 210 freeways. Able to reach anywhere in the Los Angeles and Hollywood areas with ease. Short drive to Six Flags Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, and more! The space A colorful and creative cozy home in a quiet tucked away neighborhood. A perfect place to rest your head on visits to LA, and plenty of in room desk space and suitable wifi for any business trip. Free street parking with no street signs or meters!! :) Owners are very social and will be in and out and around the house throughout the duration of your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to there own spot in the driveway for one car. Their room includes a television and plenty of desk space for work and shelf/cabinet space for storage. There is also a 4ft×5ft walk-in closet in the room with a 5 drawer dresser and plenty of hanger and shelf space. We have also put a mini fridge in your closet for you to use as well. There will be a clean and maintained bathroom for use. The kitchen, living room, back yard, tiki bar, and grill are all for use. Please clean up after yourself. Be aware this is a shared home with two of us living here and friends who come by here and there. We are very friendly, social and fun and hope to make great friends with everyone who comes through our door. Treat our home as if it was your own and with respect please. Thank you :) During your stay We are here to help if you need anything, and are in and out frequently. You will have your own keys to the house and private bedroom and are expected to clean up after yourself :) there are other guests who stay at the residence as well at different times depending on bookings but we make sure to screen everyone to make sure the home is a great environment for all guests during their stays.
