The space 2-bedroom apartment, 64 square meters. - Living room: Smart TV (access to Netflix and YouTube), hammock, dining table, double sofa bed and fan. -Kitchen: integrated with the living room and fully equipped with utensils, stove, refrigerator and microwave. - Larger bedroom: queen bed, closet and split air conditioners. - Smaller bedroom: double bed, clothes rack and split air-conditioning. - Larger bathroom with shower and bathtub. Gas heater and showers with wonderful power! (note: hydro under maintenance). - Toilet with sink and toilet -Service area with a sink and clothesline. -Wi-Fi 》The building is residential: super organized, safe, clean, close to everything and has a 24-hour doorman. 》The apartment has a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. We provide: 1 change of bed linen, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand/face towel per bathroom, liquid soap, detergent, sponge and 2 rolls of toilet paper per stay. Note: regardless of the number of nights!!! Guest access The guest will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Smoking and receiving visitors in the apartment are prohibited. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a 50% charge of the daily rate, according to calendar availability. We ask that you make conscious use of water and electricity, not leaving anything open or on unnecessarily. Each guest is provided with a single set of linens and towels during the stay, regardless of the number of nights. Stained bed and bath linens will incur an extra charge for washing or replacing the item. The electronic lock password is only released on the day of check-in. And only after sending a legible photo, front and back, of a valid official document in national territory of all guests of the stay.
