The space The apartment has 155 m² of floor space, distributed in 3 bedrooms, one suite, a living room for 3 environments and a terrace with a stunning view of the open sea. The kitchen and service area are fully equipped, and there is also a maid's room with a bunk bed and two parking spaces available. In addition, the condominium offers ample leisure for all ages. Enjoy a heated semi-Olympic pool, children's pool, fitness room, game room for adults and children, events room, and a playground. Guest access The guest will have full access to the apartment and the condominium amenities. Only one cabinet will be locked with the owners' personal belongings. Other things to note The condominium requires that the standards below be met in order for guests to be accepted. It is essential that you read and agree to them: 1. Lessor's responsibility - Complete identification of the tenants must be carried out at the entrance, where the owner must send the registration form 5 working days in advance to the entrance, including the personal information of the occupants, a copy of the ID and a valid criminal record certificate of all occupants, in addition to the period of stay/rental in their unit. The owner must sign the registration form and be aware that he is responsible for the delivery of the keys and the improper attitudes of his occupants. 2. Number of occupants - Occupant limit of up to 6 per unit 3. Rental Period - The minimum limit of the period for a minimum rental of 48 hours of stay is determined 4.
