PLEASE NOTE this cabin does not have running water in Nov-April The space The Trek is unique tiny home with a serene experience located on 78 acres of farmland that is equipped with a propane heater and run off of a generator. Sit by our fire-pit and gaze at the stars or make some delicious s'mores. OR relax in our cozy bed with a cup of hot cocoa (don't spill it) and admire the river from our window. What is a high class, off-the-grid experience you ask? There is no wifi at our cabin- which means no distractions and the perfect excuse to connect more with your significant other or reconnect with nature. However, don't fret - the cabin has great service and you could use your own hot-spot for work or entertainment purposes. The Trek is equipped with a queen size memory foam mattress to ensure each of guests get a good nights sleep. The cabin is a 220 square foot gem run by solar batteries During the months of November through April there is no running water at the property. NO SHOWER FROM NOV. TO APRIL. However, we do provide a camping style sink for guests to wash their hands or do dishes. Our bathroom is 10 feet away from the cabin and equipped with a compost toilet and sink. Attention* water this year will be tuned off mid nov. Please inquire if it is still on for your stay. Guest access You’re free to explore the entire 78 acre operating farm! The farm has cows, chickens, bunnies and goats You can test out your fishing skills in the two large ponds located in the front of the farm or in the Wallkill River located at the bottom of the farm. We also have a nine hole disc golf course offered to all of our guest. Other things to note *Please be aware that this site does not contain running water in the month of November - April For your bathroom needs you will find an a composting toilet and a small sink However in the winter you will have to wash your hands in side the main cabin because the bathroom is not heated. A composting toilet is very easy to use and no worries it won’t smell :) the Trek is truly the perfect place to reconnect with nature, unplug, relax and unwind!
