Important: We do not provide personal items such as dishes, glasses and silverware. We are not buffet — we only offer the space for your celebration. Maximum capacity of 40 people. Guest access Complete 🛋 structure: ground floor area of 150 m², living and dining room, 2 support rooms, exclusive refrigerator, tables with chairs and swimming pool measuring 2.30 L x 4.0 Comp x 1 m deep. Other things to note 🔊 Rules on Music and Space Use: Ambient 🎵 music is liberated! Live 🎤 music with bands is allowed, with an extra fee of R$150,00. It is necessary to inform in advance of the date of the event. Catering 🍽services have a rate of 100.00 🚫 Forbidden: the use of confetti, streamers, silver rain and fireworks, for safety and preservation of space. Rate of 150.00 if used. ⚠️ Important information: • If the pool is excessively dirty at check-out, a fee of R$150.00 will be charged for cleaning. • Assembly and disassembly must be carried out within the 8 hours allowed and contracted. • Any damage to the structure, such as stains on furniture, walls or objects, will be the sole responsibility of the tenant.
