Modern studio on Ubatuba's main street

The Studio is on one of the city's main streets, located in front of the Integrale bakery. The city center is the ideal place to stay if you want to visit the best beaches in Ubatuba, as here you have easy access to both the southern and northern beaches. The region is also perfect for those who want to explore beyond the beaches, and enjoy tours, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, etc. The Studio has air conditioning, is modern, comfortable and equipped! The space The apartment is a Studio format (without room division) and has: - 1 double bed and an open closet to accommodate your clothes. - A small kitchen equipped with a minibar, microwave, sink and 1 electric stove with 1 burner. - Dining space and utensils such as dishes, glasses and cutlery. - Full bathroom Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Studio. Other things to note The building does not have a garage, but there are parking spaces on the street, and on the corner of the Studio there is a parking lot that, if our guests choose to use, they keep the key to move freely even at night. The amount charged by them for overnight stays is R$25.00 (from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m.). Outside these hours, they charge R$6.00 per hour, or you can park on the street in the blue zone. *We do not provide pillows, bed and bath linens, if you need them, we have indications of companies that rent them.*
