Gran Via is just a few minutes away and Puerta del Sol is just a short walk away. Features enjoyed by my guests: - The flat sleeps up to 4 people and is located on the second floor with lift. It has a bedroom with a queen size double bed and a sofa bed for two more people. You will have a set of keys to enter and leave the flat as you wish. - There is also a bathroom with shower and a functional kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, hob and cooking utensils. All in all, this flat is an ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay in the centre of Madrid. - It has an electric boiler with sufficient capacity for the 4 travellers staying in the flat. Equipment included: Bed linen and towels provided. Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. The kitchen has a welcome kit containing 1 30 ml container of dishwasher, 1 scouring pad, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat).
