The Palms Studio Kerikeri - the perfect retreat

Welcome to THE PALMS Studio Kerikeri. Nestled among stunning private gardens surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland. The space When you arrive, you will have your own parking area with security lighting and covered access into the studio. Once inside, you will find a full kitchen complete with coffee, tea, sugar, bottled water, orange juice, and milk. A separate bathroom ( complete with shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet rolls, tissues, towels, hand towels, face cloths ) and a stunning living area that opens up onto your private patio area. The living area has a TV, DVD player, as well as a few puzzles and games. The studio is set up with a Queen size bed (the sofa bed or single pull out bed can be made up on request - for a small fee) Guest access You can have full access to the Pool, Spa pool, Changing rooms, Tennis Court (rackets in your room) and Gardens. Other things to note Please note: The studio is set up with one Queen size bed only. There is a Sofa bed which can be set up on requet . The size of this sofa bed is right between a double bed and king single 1.10.m wide x 1.90.m long) We also have a Single Foldout bed that can be set up (upon request) Please note. If you book the Studio for a couple or two people I will make the Studio up with one Queen size bed. if you request or prefer another bed be made up I will be happy to do so but this will incur a $25.00 charge. Please note: If you would like the porta cot made up, with bedding a $10.00 charge will apply. New: We have now installed a seperate plug in the parking area so you can charge your EV (unfortunately we will now have to charge $10.00 per day for the use of this. This is a 15amp outlet in the car park to plug your portable EV charger into. Also worth noting, we are only about 650 meters to the landing Boat Ramp/Jetty We also have plenty of room to park your water toys if you need to. Please note: the Studio has a Skylight Wndow & two very high windows (as shown in pictures) These do not have blinds so if you are light sensitive this Studio may not be suitable for you.
