4 minutes from Purina Farms, this shared property is dedicated to your privacy, where you’ll enjoy a jacuzzi tub, private deck, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining for up to 20 people (contact host for any events or meetings) fenced in area for dogs, relaxing garden areas, walking trails through the woods, fire pit, and an above ground pool in the summer months. Great for weekend getaways and anyone wanting to unplug. The space The home has been converted into 2 separate living areas. You’ll enter through the front door and be greeted by the amazing view, gas fireplace, living room, dining, kitchen, and covered deck. Your largest bedroom is a Zen inspired retreat, with vaulted ceiling, king size bed, large walk-in closet, & a table for working or dining. The attached bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub, stand up shower & a double vanity. The next bedroom has a Queen bed with changeable colored LED lighting, sunny garden view, plenty of clothing storage, and a vanity table/desk with chair. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, chest with kids toys, a desk and two chairs. Down the staircase is a small Library/reading nook with a super comfy chair & ottoman, and a fantastic view overlooking the pool patio & rolling hillside beyond. The home is positioned with a clear view from west to north and is excellent for stargazing and watching thunderstorms and sunsets. Guest access Guests are welcome and encouraged to access the front yard gardens with moss path/stone labyrinth, mini creek & 2 small ponds, fire pit, the pool and patio with 2 sun loungers, umbrella, and 6 different walking/hiking trails through the woods. The fenced in grassy area for the dogs is approximately 30‘ x 30‘ To access pool, guests must walk around either side of the house, about 90 steps from the front door. There is no direct access to the pool patio from the main level. Guests may not access the white metal building, the garage, the shed, or the lower level of the home past the wall. but I do offer a tornado shelter room if we’re under a warning (dogs welcome). Let me know what you want to experience most, whether it be the pool, fire pit, trails, gardens, deck, library, or workspace. That way I can concentrate my efforts in the most productive way for you. Other things to note 📌 If it’s snowing or icy, access to home may be limited or even impossible. 4WD recommend. The driveway consists of a steep gravel hill 360 feet long uphill. 98% of guests have no trouble. Follow my specific driving instructions to ensure you have no issues. 📌 Bring your animal companions and show dogs. I am only 4 minutes away from Purina Farms. I’ve installed a wire garden fence in the grassy backyard that’s fairly large, 30’x30’ however not completely inescapable. 📌 we are on well water that’s run through a water softener and it’s actually tested cleaner than popular bottled waters. For this reason, I refuse to spray weed killer. Expect some weeds in the gravel ;-) 📌 there is NO CABLE TV, just 40 antenna channels and DVDs. 📌 if you’re staying with a group but traveling separately, it’s important that everyone have access to this listing, or you provide them with the information needed to drive up the hill, where to park, where to take your dogs, house manual and rules, etc.
