You’ll be amazed at how truly private your 10 rooms are in this main level space within a shared property. Gorgeous countryside views, gardens & walking trails. Covered deck, full kitchen, & Laundry. You can’t beat this value at any hotel! I stay in my private lover level with my 9 year old son. There is a newly built, fully insulated wall that divides us. The only spaces we share are outside and possibly the laundry room. $20/per extra person/per day. $30 pet fee-all dogs welcome. The home sits on over 9 acres of forest that you can explore. There are walking trails throughout. The entire main level of the home is yours whether you’re one person or nine. The largest bedroom is a Zen inspired retreat, with vaulted ceiling, king size bed, 45” TV, large walk-in closet and jacuzzi tub. The next bedroom has a Queen bed, sunny garden view, and a vanity table/desk. The 3rd bedroom has a full and twin size bed, chest with kids toys and a vanity table/desk. Open floor plan living room with a gas fireplace, 45” Smart TV (no cable just 40 antenna channels) DVD player, dining room, kitchen and covered deck are all yours. I provide breakfast, (tell me what you prefer and I’ll try to have it available for you to prepare), coffee and full access to a stocked pantry. Down the staircase is a small Library/reading nook with a super comfy chair, ottoman, blanket, lamp, small table, and fantastic view overlooking the pool patio & rolling hillside beyond. As far as accessibility features, you’ll park in gravel within a few feet of the front door, but there are 2 shallow steps onto the front porch, and then one more step at the front door. From there, the space is pretty open, and the large bedroom has double doors that open to 48” wide and well as the attached bathroom. Guests are welcome and encouraged to access the front yard gardens, kids play structure with slide & tire swing, 2 fire pits, the pool and patio with 2 sun loungers, the grassy backyard, and 6 different walking/hiking trails through the woods. These trails begin wherever you see an opening. Two of the trails are suitable for ATV riding. Guests may not access the white metal building, the garage, the shed, or the lower level of the home past the wall. .You can reach me by text or phone, through the Airbnb app or the number I provide. I stay in the lower level with my 9 year old son on the weekdays, or hang out in the garage. If the weather is nice, you’ll most definitely see me outside maintaining the garden or pool. They are less than half a mile away). They have live music many days. The gravel hill is steep and sometimes muddy. Please get a good running start and don’t let off the gas pedal until you get to the top. You will need a vehicle to get around the surrounding areas. 📌 If it’s snowing or icy, access to home may be limited or even impossible. 4WD recommend. 📌 Bring your animal companions and show dogs for one $30 fee.
