9 rooms on the main floor with private entrance, kitchen, and covered deck are all yours in this shared property. Host stays in the separated lower level and the only places shared are the laundry room & outside. Great for families and dog owners attending Purina Farms. Great for weekend getaways. The space The home sits on over 9 acres of forest that you can explore. There are walking trails throughout. The entire main level of the home is yours whether you’re 1 person or 7. I charge $20 per person per night, after the first guest. The largest bedroom is a Zen inspired retreat, with vaulted ceiling, king size bed, large walk-in closet, & a table for working or dining. The attached bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub, bath salts & bubbles, stand up shower & a double vanity. The next bedroom has a Queen bed with changeable colored LED lighting, sunny garden view, plenty of clothing storage, and a vanity table/desk. The 3rd bedroom has a full and twin size bed, chest with kids toys and a vanity table/desk. The open floor plan main living area has a gas fireplace, Smart TV, DVD player, media cabinet, desk or table for 4, dining table seats 6, kitchen and covered deck. Down the staircase is a small Library/reading nook with a super comfy chair & ottoman, and a fantastic view overlooking the pool patio & rolling hillside beyond. Guest access Guests are welcome and encouraged to access the front yard gardens with moss path/stone labyrinth, mini creek & 2 small ponds, 2 fire pits, the pool and patio with 2 sun loungers, and 6 different walking/hiking trails through the woods. The fenced in grassy area for the dogs is approximately 30‘ x 30‘ To access pool, guests must walk around either side of the house, about 90 steps from the front door. There is no direct access to the pool patio from the main level. Guests may not access the white metal building, the garage, the shed, or the lower level of the home past the wall. Other things to note 📌 If it’s snowing or icy, access to home may be limited or even impossible. 4WD recommend. 📌 Bring your animal companions and show dogs for one $40 fee. I am only 4 minutes away from Purina Farms. I’ve installed a wire garden fence in the grassy backyard that’s fairly large, 30’x30’ however not completely inescapable. 📌 we are on well water that’s run through a water softener and it’s actually tested cleaner than popular bottled waters. For this reason, I refuse to spray weed killer. Expect some weeds in the gravel ;-) 📌 there is NO CABLE TV, just 40 antenna channels and DVDs. You can however log into your accounts on the smart TV, but I can’t guarantee how fast my satellite internet is.
