Independent one bedroom house with a dining/living room with work desk, Wi-Fi and an open kitchen! Stylishly renovated with modern interiors while keeping the retro feel of the exteriors intact. The two beds can accommodate four adults. The outdoor sitting space and roof terrace are for you to enjoy the greenery and calm! AC and Fridge available. The space *PETS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED* *LATE NIGHT / EARLY DAWN CHECK-IN NOT ALLOWED* We have a security camera installed at the main gate. This is for your and our protection. Before you read the reviews, here are some pros and cons from the horse's mouth. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. Pros: 1) Totally independent house with full privacy. There is no one else living in the property. 2) Metro station is a 4-minute walk away. 3) AC is available in bedroom. 4) Refrigerator, induction stove and utensils available in kitchen. 5) Wi-Fi and work desk available. Cons: 1) Bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. Guests will need to step out of the living room and walk 2-3 steps to reach the bathroom. However, the bathroom is not shared with anyone else, it is completely yours to use. 2) There is not much to do around the place. It is a quiet neighbourhood with hardly any good places to eat or hangout around. However, all the cool areas of Hyderabad (like Begumpet, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur, Hitec City) are all just a direct metro ride away. 3) AC is not available in the living room or kitchen. 4) It is a tropical country, there will be some mosquitoes around. We provide some mosquito repellents, but that's all we can do about it. Guest access All spaces within the gates are for the guests to use.
