OUTPOST - Ocean Casitas One of the four Ocean Casitas, at the very top of the whitewashed fishermen's village of Azenhas do Mar with a large private terrace right to the edge of the cliff. 

 Originally traditional fishermen’s homes, the casitas have been carefully rebuilt to combine their original charm with contemporary design, including open layouts, micro-cement floors and ceilings up to 5 meters high. A calm, stylish space designed for a relaxed coastal stay. The space At the end of the winding streets, paths and stairs through the charming village of Azenhas do Mar, a gate opens onto a completely unexpected setting: a large terrace perched directly above the ocean. Protected from the northern winds by the L-shaped layout of the casitas, the terrace has been designed as a lush garden with various seating areas. Whether for long dinners, quiet mornings or sunset drinks, the sound of the waves 60 metres below creates a constant backdrop. The interior of the 2-bedroom Ocean Casita combines traditional Portuguese architecture with contemporary elements, including open layouts, micro-cement floors and ceilings up to 5 metres high. Both bedrooms feature a 180 × 210 cm Coco-Mat bed, which can be arranged as twins upon request. Natural materials such as cotton, wool and seaweed are used throughout. The fully equipped kitchen makes the casita well suited for relaxed, self-catered stays. The property is comfortable year-round, with underfloor heating and a fireplace for cooler months, while thick stone walls and the ocean breeze keep the space naturally cool in summer. Guest access Guests have private access to the 2-bedroom Ocean Casita, including the indoor living spaces and private terrace. The larger oceanfront terrace is shared with the three other casitas on the property. Other things to note There are a few excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as a small local supermarket. The natural pool of Azenhas do Mar is also just a short stroll away.
