Other things to note Consider these details when booking: • The posted price is per room (not for the entire house). • The room is for a maximum of 2 guests and the cost per extra guest is $150 MXN per night per person (over 5 years old). • An “Extra Cleaning” fee of $200 MXN will be applied if the room's whites, i.e. towels, sheets, bedspreads, pillows, covers and/or mattresses, are found dirty. • The cost per pet per room is $250 and a maximum of 2 pets are accepted. We are a pet-friendly space, and we understand that guests are responsible for the care of their pets, as well as cleaning up their waste. Therefore, if staff must clean up after pets, there will be an additional charge of $100 each time this occurs. • We have a simple washing machine where you can wash up to 10 items of clothing, at a cost of $100 per load. • Our accommodation does not have 24-hour service staff. So it's important to note that you can find them Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
