Large villa with pool – La Naverie

Come spend a few days in our villa, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Here, you will have time to enjoy the garden and the birdsong. You can even walk to the heart of the village to shop at high-quality merchants. We are animal lovers; we have horses, cats, chickens, and a dog. There are a few rules to follow to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Disconnection is on the agenda in the heart of Sarthe! The space Large house with a large lot and many animals (cat, dogs, horses and chickens). The grounds are to be shared during your stay with us, your hosts. We will not be staying in the house but in an outbuilding nearby. If you have any questions, we are available! And otherwise, we know how to be very discreet. During the week, we are rather busy with our work, and on weekends, we always have a thousand activities with our animals. Now, regarding the house. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a 160 x 200 cm bed and 1 sofa bed. 1 bedroom with 2 beds measuring 160 x 200 cm and 1 bed measuring 140 x 200 cm 1 bathroom with bathtub and sink. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink The beds are ready upon your arrival, and bath linens are provided. You don't need to bring anything else. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with barbecue, a swimming pool, sun loungers, hammock, sun umbrella... Parking for vehicles is available on a fully fenced plot. An outlet is available outdoors for charging electric or hybrid vehicles. The house is quiet, but close to Malicorne, its greenway, shops, earthenware workshops and the banks of the Sarthe. Guest access We work from home, teleworking. We can easily welcome you to our home, and because of that, we are quite flexible on schedules. However, it may happen that we are not available in the morning, but we will be sure to let you know in this case! Other things to note Although it is a village, Malicorne has high-quality shops, 15 minutes away on foot. A butcher shop, 2 bakeries/pastry shops, a wine bar, 3 restaurants... You won't be disappointed by the quality of the local shops! We have noted some of our favorite places in the welcome booklet; feel free to consult it. A greenway connecting La Suze sur Sarthe and La Flèche was opened in 2025 and is 500 m from the house.
