This original 1960’s “case study” mid century modern home was designed by a local architect and has been featured in Dwell magazine. Tucked up on a hill with views of Madonna mountain and surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, natural light streams in and creates the perfect setting for a weekend getaway to the central coast, a visit to your son or daughter at Cal Poly, or a productive week working remotely. Please note: There is a flight of stairs required to enter the house. The space For your use is a fully stocked kitchen, gas BBQ, master bedroom with queen bed and luxury linens, an office with high speed internet (~250 Mbps), and countless quiet outdoor spaces for sipping your morning coffee. Enjoy all that the central coast has to offer from this great location: wine tasting in Edna Valley, a beach day in Avila, exploring the tide pools of Montana de Oro, and much more. Please keep in mind that this home hasn't been updated since construction in the 60's, so while architecturally interesting it will have a lot of old time character and charm. Guest access You'll have access to the full home, however please note that I live here full time so you'll see many of my belongings in the closets/cabinets. Other things to note A few notes about the property: - This is my home where I live most of the year. Please by kind and gentle with my furniture. Also, I am very close with my neighbors, so please don’t be too loud at night. - No more than 2 guests and 1 car - For the pet allergic, unfortunately my dog Lucy lives here - There is a flight of stairs up to the home, unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible.
