Perfectly located in the middle of the Sandbanks peninsula, just 200m from the beach, 200m from the chain ferry to Studland / Swanage, and surrounded by a number of amazing cafes and restaurants. Please note that this is our house and therefore please try to be considerate to the family and neighbours. The space The room is on the ground floor with a single step up for access. There is a hose to wash off sandy feet and a small table and chairs for enjoying the evening sun. There are patio doors to take full advantage of the after/evening sun and a fully fitted en-suite with enclosed shower. Guest access Access is via your own private entrance. There is a small tiled hall area inside the door, which guests also have private access to, and so can leave sandy shoes and hang coats etc. During your stay We work from home and so are happy to help with suggestions and recommendations. Other things to note Secure gated off-road parking is available from May to October.
