Modern European finishes and luxurious details make this sleek ADU a stunner in Denver's Platt Park - One of the prettiest neighborhoods in town. Located 2 blocks from South Pearl St! Walk to Park Burger, Sweet Cow, Sushi Den, Tokyo Premier Bakery, Breweries, and the Farmers Market! Coffee Lovers enjoy Steam Espresso Bar, Corvus, Stella's + Nespresso. Easy access to LightRail, I-25, University of Denver, Platt Park and Bike path The space Bright, modern, and comfortable. We designed and built our guest house in 2020 with inspiration from Europe and Scandinavia. Our space features a sliding panel to transition rooms from work to relaxation with maximum light and airflow. The bathroom is located behind a hidden panel in the bookshelf and includes overhead heat lamps, LED mirror, Italian tile, and Duravit porcelain. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed with memory foam and movable reading lights. There is plenty of closet space and built-in storage. Living room details include an expandable table to seat eight, a floating television to stream your favorite series, and a joybird sofa, and an inflatable mattress available to accommodate additional sleep space. Modern appliances, nespresso coffee, and granite countertops ensure you have everything available for meals and entertaining. Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs unit, private entrance on the alley-side, plentiful onstreet parking, and a washer/dryer located below the stairs in the utility closet-on request.
