Contemporary Wine Country Retreat-Walk to Downtown

If you're looking for a quiet, private Central Coast base for everything from a wine tour to a beach day, you've come to the right place! From the moment you park in the private driveway and enter the home using the keyless entry, you will feel like it's your home away from home with a contemporary setting including a comfortable living and dining area, chef's kitchen, and 3 beautiful spacious bedrooms. Plenty of home to spread out for families or couples traveling for a wine weekend of fun. The space Our home is 2100 square feet of living space with the main living space upstairs. The home has been designed to be your private home away from home with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths. Every bedroom has a smart TV and thoughtful touches such as luggage racks and dressers to make yourself at home as well as extended wifi throughout. The kitchen is well-stocked and ready for your vacation creations - anything from a gourmet dinner to takeout from one of our spectacular area restaurants. The backyard is a private oasis where you can fire up the barbeque, or just chill around the firepit and sample your favorite winery, brewery or distillery finds. When you're ready to explore, everything is convenient and close. Historic downtown Templeton is a 5 minute walk. Downtown Paso Robles and Atascadero are 6-8 minute drives, as are some of the areas finest wineries, breweries and distilleries. San Luis Obispo is a 25-30 minute drive and Morro Bay is just 22 miles away. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50 at check in, additional pets need to be approved in advance of stay and an additional $100 pet fee will be applied. We have a pet relief area and provide poop bags as well. They'll love it here as much as you will. We do not host any other types of pets. We have doorbell cameras at the entrances (upstairs and downstairs) to the home for the safety of our guests and home. These run 24 hours per day. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. The washer and dryer are available for guest stays over four days unless prior arrangements have been made. Other things to note Pets - we love our fur babies and will apply a $50 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. Additional pets will need prior approval and an additional $50 pet fee.
