The space The house is located in the heart of North Park. It is the perfect location to be close to all the best attractions in San Diego as well as walking distance to North Park's incredible nightlife with hot new bars and restaurants. The house is also only a couple minutes' drive from Balboa Park, the Zoo, and the gaslamp district Downtown where Comic Con is held. During the day you can head to the beach or Sea World which are a short 10 min drive away. It is the perfect combination of daytime activities in San Diego and nighttime activities within walking distance. At night enjoy the craft beer and cocktails at Belching Beaver tasting room, North Park Brewery, Hess, JuneShine, and so so many more. As well as delicious restaurants. No shortage of nightlife within walking distance of the house. If you prefer to stay in, enjoy our beautiful backyard area includes comfy seating, a coffee table and kids chairs as well as an outdoor heater in case it is a little chilly. The living room is comfortable and equipped with a swivel-mounted TV connected to Apple TV for all your entertainment needs. The house is a cute newly remodeled craftsman with hardwood floors and all the modern technology you could ask for and more. High-speed Internet is included. The house is also a smart home so feel free to tell the speaker to lock the front door, change the thermostat, or turn on or off lights. The master bedroom has a California King size bed. The master has a private bathroom and french doors that lead to the back patio. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin on top and a twin trundle that can pull out below for a max of 4 guests. Great for young ones or parents that want to stay in the room with their little ones as well. The third bedroom has a brand new queen bed built into the Murphy Bed cabinet. Want extra room during the day or a private office? Just lift the bed back into the wall and you have a desk ready to go. If you have not tried the Purple mattress, we love it and hope you will as well. This room is very cozy and comfortable! The house is conveniently located within a block of a grocery store, a bus stop and right in the center of the two best areas of North Park (University Ave and Adams Ave. I have been hosting guests in this home since 2008 in different ways so you will here some past guest comments about dogs or meeting us. We used to just rent out a room in this house. Our dogs passed away several years ago and we now rent out the whole house and we have not had dogs on the premises for many years. If you have allergies, no worries the house has long been swept of any pet allergens. Come and enjoy your stay in San Diego. We have been hosting Airbnb since it started in 2008 and we love it. We will do everything we can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to everything in the house except the garage and backyard shed. Other things to note We have a Tesla charger on-premise and you are welcome to use! The driveway has room for two cars to park in tandem. Street parking is free, but some of the streets have a 2-hour limit so just be careful and check street signs. Do NOT park in the Vons parking lot, they will tow you right away.
