Beautifully appointed 3-bedroom home in a desirable Frisco neighborhood with private parking and a hot tub. A rare advantage in Summit County, the home is a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive to safe, well-lit, free ski parking that locals regularly use. From there, enjoy quick access to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin without the cost or hassle of paid mountain parking. Ten minute walk to downtown Frisco with all winter wonderland amenities. The space Bedrooms: -Upstairs: Oversized Master Suite with Queen bed and chaise lounge. -2nd Suite with Double bed and twin with ensuite full bath. Right outside this bedroom is an extra sleeping area with a twin bed and pullout. -Bonus loft with futon style couch -Downstairs: 3rd Bedroom with queen bed & 1/2 bath and dedicated workspace The living room welcomes you with two comfortable couches to relax on and watch the 86" flat screen TV where you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime, DisneyPlus, and cable. You will be able to utilize the well equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, large fridge with a water filter, keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, slow cooker, instant pot, food processor, hand mixer, toaster, and much more. If you need to get to a grocery store it is just a quick 15 -20 minute walk to Whole Foods or Walmart. Enjoy a delicious homemade dinner for you and your family while gathering around the large dining table that seats 10 with more seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. You are also welcome to head out to the front deck to grill. After dinner walk onto the back deck area to enjoy the private salt water hot tub while taking in the beautiful pine trees. In the morning enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the front deck where you can plan your day in the mountains. Frisco's main street is only a 15 minute walk on a paved walking trail, or you can make a 15 minute drive to Breckenridge, Silverthorne and Dillon. I have put together a list of activities to do whether you are there to enjoy the summer or winter and also a list of the best places to eat and drink. Things to note: -Private Parking for 2 cars -Plenty of extra blankets and pillows -Bathrooms will be stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. -There will also be travel size items such as face wash, toothbrushes, etc. in case you forgot anything. However please do not rely on these and bring your own toiletries. -Plenty of towels for the hot tub and showers as well as 4 robes. - Access to a washer and dryer Guest access You will use the stairs to access the townhome upstairs. The downstairs town home is occupied and you will not have access to the garage.
