The space Our clean and sanitized luxurious suite welcomes you with a private keyless entry into the spacious hall with furnished kitchenette. The separate bedroom features a luxurious queen bed, sofa, table & chairs, rocking chair and tv with Apple TV streaming. There is plenty of space spread out, or to set up the pack-n-play, or an air-mattress if more sleeping space is needed for your family. Pack-n-play and air-mattress (twin or queen), plus bedding is available upon request. Across the hall the large bathroom includes a vanity with double sinks, accessible walk-in shower, jetted tub and lots of storage with a large walk-in closet. Outside you will enjoy your private patio perfectly situated to enjoy the morning sunshine. You can explore and enjoy the shared backyard with a gas grill and pick some fresh grapefruit (Dec-July). Enjoy the shared pool where there is always shade and sun to keep everyone comfortable. Our pool is considered a "play pool", meaning its 5 feet at it's deepest in the center. It is 3ft deep at the shallow end, and 4 ft deep at the other, and includes a tanning ledge and soaking bench. Pool toys and life jackets are available upon request. Lounge chairs and tables are provided for your enjoyment. The pool is open year round but is unheated. It is comfortable for swimming April - October, and those who enjoy the excitement of a polar plunge may enjoy the 40 degree water in winter. Pool is open 24 hrs, but keep in mind quiet hours in our neighborhood are 10pm-7am. Convenient parking is available on the street in our quiet cul-de-sac, or beside our driveway. Amenities include: self check-in with keyless entry, ceiling fan, portable fan, pack-n-play, air-mattress (twin or queen), tv with Apple TV streaming, high-speed wifi, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker (k-cups, sugar & creamer provided), french-press coffee maker (bring your own grounds), electric skillet, mini-blender, electric kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bikes (2 adult sized), pool-toys, life jackets, and pool towels. Guest access Private suite and patio, large bedroom and bathroom, kitchenette, shared backyard and pool. Other things to note Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be available by request, depending on cleaning time required for our next guest. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised when outside. No parties or unregistered guests. We are delighted to share this quiet retreat space with you. Please keep in mind The Suite is your private space in a shared dwelling. We have done our best to buffer noise overflow, but expect to hear and see some activity around our home.
