There is a full stainless steel kitchen, a bathroom with both a shower & bathtub, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The home also supports a designated office space to facilitate your work from home environment with the lovely sun. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $75 per hour via the Airbnb platform so that we can authorize this for you. 3) We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. The extra cleaning fee per animal is: 1-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $300; 30+ nights: $500. 4) No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front. 5) Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. 6) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay 7) Management fee covers a damage protection insurance waiver during your stay. 8) Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM 9) Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night 10) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it! 11) Do not wash hair down the drain. 12) We require a $2000 security deposit for stays 28 nights or longer and once a month cleaning of $100 extra fee. 13) We charge a $150 security deposit for any same day one night reservation. 14) There is a $150 charge for losing the garage key. 15) Please do not keep the windows opened for an extended period of time. This causes excessive dust to enter the home and pushes the AC to run overtime. 16) We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. *We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. *Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only
