Peaceful bedroom, full size bed in spacious house. Share bathroom with one full time resident. Second bedroom available with full bed also if needed for $15 more. Quiet, wooded neighborhood, large backyard. Two professionals who travel a lot for work may or may not be around during stay. Calvert Cliffs, Cove Point, Pax, Exelon, Annemarie Gardens and Solomons nearby. One dog welcome with $10 fee. Check in after 3 p.m. Not suited for babies or toddlers due to noise, steep stairs The space This spacious single family home sits on a large corner lot. It's set up to be a very peaceful and quiet retreat for guests. The bedroom has a full size bed, mini fridge, and a hot water boiler for coffee or tea. Caretaker lives on the premises and will give as much privacy as wanted yet be available to help if needed. If you would consider it a 5-star airbnb experience to have the basics for a safe, private, clean, affordable stay, please feel welcome to book. An easy drive to the beaches of Calvert Cliffs, Flagpond Park, Solomons Island. Photo ID required before check in. Surveillance cameras outside the house monitor who comes and goes. Pets allowed for a $10 pet fee. Pets must stay in a kennel crate if you plan to leave the house without them. Guest access Access to one bedroom, a shared bathroom with one other person, porch and back yard During your stay I like to greet guests upon arrival briefly to show them around when I'm available, tho I live about 30 minutes away. There is a keypad lock on the front door to allow self check-in also. You may or may not see our property manager or housemate, who works for the Navy, has a security clearance, and lives on site. Full bathroom upstairs, half bath downstairs. Other things to note Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please use ear buds if watching media after 10. Please take bedroom trash down to the kitchen trash bag, and take shoes off before walking upstairs on the carpet. Note: Hosts have been posting about Airbnb getting some unethical guests who angle to get free nights by checking in, then complaining if they see a bug, a hair, dust etc. fabricating or exaggerating minor flaws. Please pass my place by if you are amongst that type of individual. *This is a clean but lived-in family home. The spirit of Airbnbs was founded on home share, not hotel. Our homes are cozy, friendly, and cleaned between guests, but not immaculate. The carpet may have a spot here and there, for example, even after steam cleaning. I offer my places to be a benefit to both ourselves and our guests who save from hotel costs and in return get a safe, quiet, beautiful shared single family home to rest from a day of travel, work or touring.
