The space It is a living space in a newly built villa with red bricks on a hill overlooking old Heukseok (meaning black stone) neighborhood. Enjoy a relaxing space decorated in green theme and biophilic style using natural wood. • Guests will be staying exclusively on the 2nd floor of a 5-story villa. • The 3rd and 4th floors are occupied by host families. We welcome you to join us and mingle! :) • It is safe as secured by digital door locks at the villa entrance, unit entrance, and each private bedroom. Guest access • 4 private bedrooms, each room can be used by a single guest or up to 2 people. • 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room in a common space, shared by all guests. • A washing machine and dryer in unit, shared by all guests. During your stay If you wish, we would like to interact gladly with you, learn about each other's culture like music, food, etc., and build pleasant memories. However, if you want to rest quietly, we will respect your privacy and provide the necessary assistance. Other things to note • A space more suitable for those who want to enjoy Korean culture and the local atmosphere of Heukseok neighborhood while hanging out with the hosts and other guests. • Located on a hill. If you are uncomfortable walking on inclined path, please consider it.
