It is not a suitable place for drinking or gatherings until late hours. Please refrain from loud conversations or listening to music after 10pm in consideration of your neighbors. -One-time civil complaint, phone and visit warning - Non-refundable departure action in the event of a second complaint • The nearest mart and convenience store are 10 minutes away by car. We recommend that you purchase the items you need in advance. • Please be sure to select from the additional fee options when accompanying additional people or pets. When registering on site without prior notice, an additional 10,000 KRW will be added to the existing additional fee. • In case of damage or loss of all indoor and outdoor facilities, the same product purchase price will be charged, so please pay special attention when using the room. • Absolutely no smoking in all areas of the property. Please smoke in the maple forest behind the building. (In case of violation, the company will charge the room cleaning fee.) • Do not cook food such as fish and meat in the property that are greasy or have a strong smell. Please use the external BBQ and cook only simple food on the internal induction stove. • When moving out, please separate the garbage, including food, into general/recyclable in the sink and bag, and wash the kitchen utensils you used. • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables caused by negligence. • Please be aware that safety accidents such as slipping, falling, and collision may occur due to the nature of the rooftop and multi-story space.
