Cozy & modern 2 bedroom apt. Located in an exclusive zone of Cartagena with private beach access. The building has 4 pools, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and 24h security. The unit has an open layout: open kitchen, dining and living room that look towards a balcony with nice views. There are two bedrooms that fit up to 4 people, and one full bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, and living room also does. This is the perfect estay to relax and enjoy the beach. The space The space is distributed as follows: living room with L-shaped sofa, side chair, coffee table and side table; completely open with the dining room, where the dining table and its chairs are; next to the full kitchen with breakfast bar. This social area is very illuminated by its large windows that open onto the balcony, these can be opened compeltely to let in the sea air, or closed since there is air conditioning in the social areas as well. The full bathroom is in the hallway next to the bedrooms. The main room has a queen bed and built-in closet, it also has television and air conditioning. The secondary room has two single beds, a private closet, air conditioning and also a television. You will be in a very exclusive and very new building, with direct access to the sea. This beach stands out for being far from commercial tourism, and being more private, it does not have so many street vendors. The building is very quiet and pleasant. Guest access You'll have private access to the entire apartment. The beach, pools, Jacuzzi, gym, and other amenities are shared with building residents and other guests. Other things to note The building is very secure and private, for this reason guests are required to be pre-registered and authorized via email. It is not accepted to bring guests who have not been previously authorized.
