The bungalow has been renovated to provide a cosy modern interior, with all the amenities and facilities you need. There is a fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom, modern open lounge area with 'Smart' TV and Netflix plus the usual catch up services and wifi plus warm cosy conservatory. One bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobe and dressing table and large en-suite bathroom, containing both a bath and a shower. Private car parking for one vehicle. There is a good sized west facing, gravel garden, additional side patio and established garden to the front. The garden is perfect for relaxing and secure for dogs. Our property welcomes your well behaved pet, but we require the garden to be kept clean. The end of Clematis Close has a large green space, which is very popular with dog walkers. If you are visiting us on a cycling break, we have a large garden cabin, where bikes can be securely stored ( by arrangement ) A map of varyingly challenging routes, can be found in the bungalow. Driffield also has its own bike themed cafe ‘Bike Cave’ and shop. Guest access Our lock up cabin is available for stowage of bikes, fishing gear etc, by arrangement.
