En-suite shower room with double sink and WC, wonderful freestanding bath in the bedroom. Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) king size bed, sliding doors to side patio area, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 4, max 2 adults) with two sets of full size bunk beds and tilt and turn door leading to side patio. Family Bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC. Small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs to the First Floor Landing WC Well equipped kitchen with quartz worktops and upstands, range cooker, wine fridge, Quooker hot water tap, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. Wide bifold doors lead to upper decked area. Dining area for 8 Comfortable seating area for 8, Smart TV, woodburning stove. Outside The Hayloft is fully fenced and gated along with outside lighting, paved terrace with ample seating and sun loungers. Easy steps up to hot tub and large meadow garden with rolling farmland beyond. Large upper decked area is south west facing to take full advantage of stunning views and sunsets. Here will be found cosy sofas and bench seats, dining table and chairs along with a gas bbq and sun parasols. Parking for 2/3 cars. There is a gated path from the front of the house leading to the rear patio area and to the hot tub, and gardens beyond. Outside stairway leading to upper decked area from ground floor. No Stags and No Hens Other things to note Please note this property accepts a maximum of 4 adults due to the sleeping configuration in Bedroom 3 (2 sets of bunk beds). This is to ensure maximum comfort. No stag groups, hen parties or groups of adults under 30. Linen and towels provided, including hot tub towels and robes, garden shoes for the hot tub. Please note the maintenance team will attend on occasions to check the hot tub but will aim not to disturb your stay. There is a public footpath which runs alongside the edge of the garden leading you directly into the surrounding countryside, ideal for those who love walking.
