There will be food in the fridge and pantry, clothes in the dresser and closets, a couple of boxes and storage bins, and random items here and there, etc.🚨 The unit is fully furnished with a leather couch, armchairs, dining room table & chairs, TV, etc. Main bedroom features a king sized bed with new Casper mattress (firm). Guest bedroom has a standard full mattress for 2 people and a closet. Private Loft / Condo located in Denver’s urban industrial Curtis Park / Ballpark / RiNo (River North Arts District). 8-Blocks to Coors Field, 8-Blocks to the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall & Free Shuttle. Stay minutes from Denver’s best craft breweries, coffee shops, cocktail bars, and restaurants. Take advantage of the close proximity to all the amenities of downtown and those weekday guests looking for a place to stay within walking distance of downtown during work trips to Denver. Guests will be provided a lockbox code prior to arrival to obtain a separate key to the space. Guest access One primary bedroom and one bathroom. All access is included to the living room, kitchen, pantry, and washer / dryer. This space is perfect for those weekend guests hoping to take advantage of the close proximity to breweries, bars, and restaurants. Other things to note Just a heads up: The building is located in an urban environment. Please expect to regularly run into others near my space, including members of Denver's homeless community. The shelters and food kitchens for Downtown Denver are within walking distance of our home. Due to the growing number of homeless persons in Denver, the neighborhoods surrounding Downtown Denver (RiNo, Curtis Park and the Ballpark District) have seen an increase in the number of homeless encampments (tents, etc.), some of which are near our home. Although I enjoy living in the area for more than 15 years and feel safe in my home and around the neighborhood, you may not feel safe living among the members of our community if you're not accustomed or amendable to living in an urban environment.
