The spacious duplex/maisonette apartment in the ancient Villa Rocchetta in Switzerland has been newly renovated with a lot of love for detail and selected natural building materials and has every modern comfort such as underfloor heating, dishwasher and Internet. From the large terrace and the three other small balconies you can enjoy the magnificent views of Lake Lugano. If you are not afraid of heights and are a little brave, you can marvel at the panoramic view from the tower that belongs to the apartment. The space The 95 m² duplex/maisonette apartment can accommodate 4 to a maximum of 5 people. 
 On the 2nd floor is the stylish entrance area with sofa (optional 5th sleeping space, separable with screen). From here you also have access to the large terrace (33 m²) with garden and lake views. There is also a closed, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a large table, a Swedish stove and a comfortably furnished bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The third floor has the living room with a cozy sofa, a swivel TV (incl. Netflix), a desk and a cozy sleeping corner with a double bed for one to two people. At the back of this floor is a bedroom with double bed and a unique panorama of Lake Lugano, enclosed by opaque glass panes. The apartment also offers direct access to the small tower of the property. After climbing the steps, you will find a fantastic 360-degree panoramic view of the Malcantone to Italy. The laundry room (located outside the apartment) can be used free of charge on request. An uncovered parking space right by the house can be used free of charge. Pets are allowed. Guest access The property includes a large outdoor area with idyllic seating in the countryside, which are available for shared use and invite you to linger and enjoy. These include, for example, a pergola and a fire bowl. The adjacent small public park can also be used and is ideal for dog owners.
