San Teodoro is located a few meters away, a lively and dynamic town, over the years it has expanded offering numerous services and activities to make the tourist live a 360-degree beach holiday. The space Lovely three-room apartment ( 60 sqm) on the first floor, consisting of 2 separate bedrooms ( one double plus second bedroom with 2 single beds), double sofa bed in the living room, kitchenette, services with bathroom, shower and bidet. There are 6 total beds. La Ginestra is a spacious and well furnished apartment, equipped with: - kitchenette with dishes, cutlery and oven - double fridge door - TV - oven - plant fan - washing machine - large terrace equipped with table and garden chairs - Another terrace equipped with beautiful sea views and the island of Tavolara - Unguarded parking Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of € 50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.
