The apartment is a stone's throw from Wuppertal and Essen and a few minutes' walk to the beautiful Neandersteig, where you can wonderfully cycle or go for a walk. The highway can be reached in 7 minutes. A "feel-good place" in all seasons! In winter, the underfloor heating is convincing and the large tiled stove creates a cozy warmth. In summer, the apartment stores the cold longer (basement) and the terrace invites you to linger. Wi-Fi is included! The space The apartment is located in our detached house in a quiet location. Through a private entrance you enter the basement apartment, which looks friendly and bright through the large triple-glazed windows. On 60 square meters you will find a modern living room, which is divided by a beautiful, large tiled stove into a dining area with an extendable table and a TV corner with a genuine leather couch and smart TV. The kitchen was newly furnished in August 2020 and includes a ceramic hob, elevated oven and dishwasher. A microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. are of course also available. The bathroom was completed in October 2020 and equipped with a rain shower, illuminated mirror and heated towel rack. The apartment has a large terrace with its own garden area and seating. In the bedroom there is a 180 cm wide double bed. In the living room, there is also a comfortable sofa bed with a lying width of 140 cm. Underfloor heating is located in all rooms. Guest access The apartment is accessible via a few steps through a private entrance. In the immediate vicinity are public, free parking spaces.
