Popular city apartment centrally located

The popular city apartment is located on the upper floor of a renovated half-timbered house with a balcony in the center of Reutlingen, with excellent transport connections to Outlet City Metzingen, the airport, Messe Stuttgart, and the Swabian Alb, both by public transportation and by car. A floor parking space is available for our guests (optional) . The space The city apartment consists of a kitchen-living room with a sunny balcony (5.5 sqm), a bedroom and study, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a hallway and a separate bedroom. From the living room/kitchen, the view of Tübinger Tor and the city center opens up. Guest access is via the staircase directly into the city apartment on the upper floor. A high-quality kitchen with a dishwasher is available for guests. Other things to note I. We have 2 paid parking spaces to choose from (€10/night). The 1st parking space is located in the underground car park about 100 m away at Obere Gerber-Str. 2. The 2nd parking space is located in a double parking garage right by the house. Here, the vehicle must not be higher than 1.65 m and not heavier than 2 t. Here, an electric car can be charged with electricity by arrangement. We reserve the right to allocate a parking space. Bed linens are supplied by a professional laundry. A disinfectant dispenser is mounted in the entrance.
