Welcome to our 5 bedroom home located in an upscale, safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is 20 minutes centrally located to all nearby cities; San Francisco, Berkeley, Walnut Creek, Hayward and the Oakland Airport and 30 minute ride from San Francisco during non commute hours. Nearby parks, walking/ trails and golf course, five minute drive to Starbucks, Peet’s and grocery stores. There is one bedroom with no stairs, as soon as you walked into the house. A queen bed and a bathroom next door for easy access for the elderly, along with access to the kitchen and family room. There's a tv in every room along with a spacious movie room with movie chairs , DVD player and DVD's. You have access to You Tube tv streaming along with the capabilities to access your own streaming formats along with board games and tons of movies. Please remember to log off of any personal streaming accounts. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Guest access The guests can use the entire space on both floors. Other things to note Please note: This Airbnb is located in a safe and quiet residential area with very limited on-street parking. There is a stepping stool in the kitchen. We offer 2 parking spaces on the driveway in front of the house. The number of guests registered per your reservation are the only persons allowed on the premises (inside and outside). Parties are NOT allowed. Drop-by guests are not allowed unless you receive prior consent from owner. Please remember and adhere to these rules. We want you to enjoy your stay while respecting the space and environment of those who live in the neighborhood and in the inlaw unit. This is a 3-story house. The bottom floor has a separate entrance in-law unit for a smaller airbnb. Both units have separate entrances with no access to each unit.
