The location will be also a great surprise as it is so near to everything but at the same time in a very quite neighborhood. The space A clean and comfortable place that you will call home for a while has been always our priority. Our cleaning process has been upgraded to comply to the CDC Guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting, laundering and other preventative measures. No worries as the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances like electric stove, electric oven, extractor fan, large dishwasher, kettle, toaster, chopper, microwave, large fridge with freezer washing machine. It is also stocked with plenty of dinnerware, silverware and cookware to make morning coffee and meal preparation easy. The coffee lovers and remote workers will appreciate the filter coffee machine, capsule espresso machine and a frape coffee machine. I have to admit that I do the best frape coffee in the town, let me show you how you do it! All these equipment are the life saver for parents! DINING AREA The 6 seater dining table is adjacent to the kitchen for convenience in serving. Enjoy a meal all together or a fun game of cards. LIVING AREA The full of light open plan living room is cozily, modern furnished with a corner sofa, a coffee table, an arm chair and a flat screen smart TV 43'', NETFLIX (free account is provided) and satellite. If you prefer to stay in this evening, switch off the ceiling lights and leave on the floor light and candles that are provided. Let the balcony door open for some sea breeze or just switch on the air condition on cold or warm air for all year comfort. The balcony door has black out blinds and nets. WIFI is fiber, reliable - and free- all over the apartment, but if you are tired of technology you can play cards or read a book from our gallery. BEDROOM 1 The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, build in wardrobes with hangers, 2 side tables with side table lights and a mirror with 5 drawers for extra storage, which our long stay guests always appreciate. There is also an air condition with cold or warm air, black out blinds and nets on windows. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. LAPTOP- FRIENDLY WORKSPACE there is a long and wide desk and a comfortable arm chair for you that you are remote workers. We often host guests that are ITs and we are so happy that they found this space very convenient and together with the speedy wifi never had any problem while working online plus they could combine work and holidays. BEDROOM 2 The bedroom offers 2 comfortable single beds, build in wardrobes with hangers, 1 side table and a full length mirror on the wall behind the door. There is also a large desk, which will be your work-from-home office or your children's distance-learning-classroom. There is also an air condition with cold or warm air, black out blinds and nets on windows. In the large cupboards you will find a hair dryer, a digital safe box, iron and ironing board, cloth airer and clothclips, laundry basket and some games for your little angels. Happy children - Happiest parents! This room is spacious enough to accommodate a folding bed. BATHROOM It has a combination shower and soaking bathtub. Hand soap is provided complimentary. In the cupboard under the sink you will find a step for our little travelers. A potty can be provided upon request. There are solar pannels for hot water but also water heater for cloudy days that are rare in Cyprus. BALCONY The covered balcony offers view to the nature and from the side you can see the sea. An adjustable wooden table can accommodate up to 6 persons. Four modern comfortable patio chairs will not let you go. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or even move your work hear. You will love it! THE COMPLEX The apartment is also located in a very friendly and secure complex with security gates and many great amenities as two large amazing swimming pools and one small for little travelers, tennis court, gym all free for our guests. During summer months you can also enjoy a drink or a meal at the kiosk which is also located by swimming pool few steps from our apartment. Tranquil Kyklades BC6, walk to the BEACH is located on the 1st floor (no worries there is a lift) on a block just behind the pool. THE AREA It is located just 700m from a beautiful beach which combines greenery scene and crystal clear water plus is a plastic free beach which respects the environment. The beach is called Skoutaroi or as well know Malama beach. A walk by the sea all along the coastline will drive your mind in peace! This walk can be a few meters walk or kilometers away. Let the trails guide you! Some other beaches are also nearby but it's up to you how long you want to walk. Some of them are Ayia Triada, Mad and Firemen's beaches. The area is surrounded by a large variety of restaurants and bars, which will satify all your appetite for cyprus, asian, italian cuisine as also fast food, ice cream, pastries, sweets and so many more. The supermarket is just 4 minutes walk, while a larger one called Metro is 10-15 minutes walk and this one offers delivery service through WOLT. A bus station is just two minutes walk from the apartment.
