The apartment consists of a nice entrance hall with washing machine and freezer and plenty of space for outerwear and shoes as well as a large kitchen with dishwasher and dining area in open connection with the living room, where up to 2 children can be arranged on the sofa bed. Here there is TV with Danish and German channels. There is a further large bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds and ample closet space. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment and an air / air heat pump that can be used if needed. All consumption of electricity and water is included in the rental price. The apartment is located just outside Arrild Ferieby itself and the swimming pool and the resort's many activities are within walking distance. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
