Perched on the hill with outstanding views over the North Tyne and surrounding Northumbrian countryside. The cottage has been lovingly resorted and decorated to a high standard. The Laverick cottage is the ideal escape for those looking to explore the delights of rural Northumberland and beyond. The space Entering the Laverick cottage you are warmly welcomed through the entrance porch with ample space for coats and wellies. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large kitchen island with breakfast bar, electric range cooker, American Fridge Freezer, integrated dishwasher and french doors leading out onto the private patio and extended garden. The kitchen is open plan into the dining area with a table to seat up to 8 people. The lounge boasts a feature fireplace with wood-burning stove and french doors leading onto the south facing garden. The large downstairs bedroom with ensuite shower room is furnished with a Super king bed which can also be made up as twin beds if required. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom (or we feel it is because of the outstanding views from the picture window) which has a Super King bed that can also be made up as a twin if required.
