Open and modern yet cosy 2 bed (king & double) with excellent quality mattresses) 1st floor apartment in very central part of Aberdeen makes a great base for work, rest & play. Free 68+Mbbs fast fibre Vodaphone broadband, TV with smart features; Netflix, iPlayer, etc. The whole place is very bright with plenty of windows allowing natural light in. Clean living space with hard flooring laid including lovely open plan lounge space with 2 comfy leather sofas and dining table forms a great communal and interactive area to dine and relax in. Secure entry (via intercom system to control outside security door) from both front and back doors (back door direct from off-road car park behind complex - the flat has one dedicated parking space and there is also space for an additional vehicle in the visitor's area). Layout is from entering front door; the lobby with coat hanging space, front master king bedroom (with bedside cabinet/lamps, ample drawer space in chest of drawers) to the left, living/dining room leading to the kitchen straight on, bathroom with powerful shower over bath. The whole place is very bright with plenty of windows allowing natural light in. Main living space has natural wood flooring laid to form a lovely modern space to dine and relax in the lounge. This forms a great communal and interactive area to dine, socialise and relax in. Lounge has a comfortable 2 and 3 seater leather sofas with solid oak side tables. TV with terrestrial channels and smart features; Netflix, iPlayer, etc through to enjoy your favourite shows after a hard days work or sightseeing! Kitchen has fully integrated full size 50:50 fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, cafeteria and toaster. Also has washer (with detergent) with iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. It is very well equipped with good range or pans, casserole dishes, etc. The dining table comfortably sits 4 and trays are also provided. A selection of tea, coffee, sugar etc is provided. Vacuum cleaner and 2200w hairdryer are also provided. Excellent location; in the heart of the city, less than 10-15 mins walk to Union St, Aberdeen University, the beach, The Sports Village & Aqua Centre. Recently renovated. Clean bathroom; bath and power shower. We are excellently located in the centre of town; a mere 10-15 minutes walk from the main shopping areas, Union Street/Union Square, the beach, Aberdeen University, the Sports Village / Aquatics Centre. There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets (Morrisons & LIDL are closest) all within a very short distance. For those using public transport, we have the bus stop right outside our secure front door which provides excellent links around the city and beyond. And for drivers, we have an allocated off-street secure (fob accessed) parking space directly accessed from our back door. There are also visitor spaces so more than one car can be parked here. The car park is fitted with parking barrier and a key fob is provided. Other things to note T&Cs: Guests need to agree to our T&Cs on our Dwellcome Home website. Please contact us directly for long term stay discounts, etc. Pets Policy: Number and types of pet allowed are strict on request and at our discretion and subject to agreement of our 'pets T&Cs'. Please contact us with requirements before booking. Guest type: The property is strictly not for events/parties, or for guests who will not respect my neighbours, specifically in terms of noise. Strictly no events (I.e. photoshoots, etc unless by prior agreement). If the are noise/antisocial issues guests will be removed. Entry: Strictly only persons booked into the apartment are allowed in unless by agreement with myself. Check-in: Please note we use a self-check-in service which allows a good level of check-in for guests arriving late but I always ask guests to contact me once they are into the place and to confirm that everything is to their satisfaction.
