The space Please note that this is a one-story house with a basement. The space being offered is the three bed, one bath on the first floor with private entrance via the front door. The basement is where I keep my things and I would appreciate if you did not go down there. Please keep small children away from the stairs. The Hot Tub lid stays on the lift bar.
