The space The penthouse suit is an amazing oceanfront property with all luxuries. It has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king size bed and a futon couch as well as a beautiful tropical open living room area with a single bed and comfortable seating areas. In total the penthouse can sleep 5 persons. On the deck are pool chairs as well as a dip in pool. There's excellent WiFi connections, Sky cable and TV, as well as a washer and a dryer. The nice Rinconada strip is in 2 min walking distance full of a wide range of different Restaurants and Coffeehouses and a few little Art Galleries as well as a couple convenient stores. To walk down to the Carizallio bay is a 2 min walk. Taxis come by often all day long, going anywhere in Puerto is easy, safe and very affordable. The property is in a very nice, clean and safe area of the town and is secured. Guest access The access it’s of the entire second floor suite with private ocean front terrace and dip pool. Other things to note During the rainy season there is a possibility of rain drops from the ceiling when heavy rains occur. The bedroom is enclosed.
