Main Bathroom - shower, towel sets provided Hemlock Room (primary bedroom) with ensuite bathroom - queen bed, linens, pillows, electric fireplace. Master ensuite bathroom - bath, separate shower, double sinks, towels Sycamore Room - queen bed, linens, pillows. Adjoining bathroom - shower over tub, towel sets Hickory Room - 1 single bed, 1 queen bed, linens, and pillows. Birch Room with adjoining Cubby Room - queen bed, linens, and pillows. Cubby Room - single bed and is accessible only through the Birch Room. Located upstairs. Aspen Room - 2 extra long twin beds, duvet, linens, and pillows. Located upstairs -Free parking for 2 vehicles -Free WiFi -Private yard and large outdoor covered deck, private BBQ, natural gas firebowl, tables & chairs. -Smoking on your private porch is permitted but no smoking in any indoor spaces or outdoor common areas. Guest access Our property is a one acre, park-like haven with much of it being the common area for all our guests to explore and enjoy. -Play some yard games, such as badminton or bean bag toss. -Have a soak in our 7 person hot tub, You may reserve for your personal use once you are on site -In the evening, hang out with family and friends around the natural gas fire bowl. Don't forget your marshmallows! - Take our kayaks out and see where the Miami River takes you (available on a seasonal basis, based on water level) -Lounge in a hammock or garden lounger with a book or have a little mid-day snooze All amenities are shared and are available on a first come first served basis with the exception of the hot tub that you can reserve once on site. Some of our accommodations are pet-friendly based on availability and whether or not your pet complies with our policies below: Pet Policy -Dogs only (no other pets) are permitted in select accommodations with restrictions. -Advance approval is required before arrival. -Max weight: 40 lbs -Limit: One dog per cottage -Must be house-trained and flea-free -Owners are responsible for any pet-related damages Restrictions: -Dogs must be leashed or in a carrier when outside. -Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. -No dogs in common areas. Walk dogs off-property. -Waste bins are available on Lillooet sidewalk—please clean up after your pet.
